3CTrust is a licensed third-party collection agency and a proud member of ACA International.

When an account, such as a ticket, loan, or bill, becomes overdue and the original creditor is unable to recover the amount owed, they may enlist our services to help resolve the outstanding balance.

If you’ve been contacted by one of our representatives, it’s because we have received information that may link you to a debt assigned to our agency for collection.

Even if you’re unsure about owing the debt or are unable to make a payment right now, it’s important to communicate with a debt collection agent. Ignoring the situation won’t stop collection efforts. 3CTrust is not a debt buyer. In most cases, we are hired by the original creditor to help recover the outstanding debt on their behalf.

At times, you may not recognize a debt because the original creditor has changed its name or been acquired by a larger company. However, the debt remains valid. In most cases, debts arise from unreturned merchandise or unpaid items that you have retained.
