FAQ's

What is 3CTrust?

3CTrust is a licensed third-party collection agency and a proud member of ACA International.

When an account, such as a ticket, loan, or bill, becomes overdue and the original creditor is unable to recover the amount owed, they may enlist our services to help resolve the outstanding balance.

If you’ve been contacted by one of our representatives, it’s because we have received information that may link you to a debt assigned to our agency for collection.

f you believe this contact is in error or wish to stop receiving communications, please reach out to us via our  online contact form.

Even if you believe you don’t owe the debt or cannot make a payment at the moment, it’s important to speak with a debt collection agent. Ignoring the situation is unlikely to stop the collection efforts. Our agents can help you determine whether the debt is yours, answer any questions, and explain your available options, including payment plans.

At 3CTrust, we take pride in providing excellent customer service and are committed to working with you to resolve the debt in a way that benefits everyone. No matter your situation, we can assist in finding the best solution.

Call us at 800-980-3357, Monday – Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time for immediate assistance. Or, if you’d prefer not to talk to us, you can email customersupport@cedarsbiz.comsubmit a contact form or make a payment online.

3CTrust is not a debt buyer. In most cases, we have been contracted by the original creditor to assist in collecting the debt you owe.

Sometimes you may not recognize a debt because the company you owe it to (the creditor) has undergone a name change or been acquired by a larger company. In such cases, the debt is still valid.

If you believe the debt we’ve contacted you about is not yours, our representatives are here to assist you.

For any questions or additional information, please feel free contact us online or call 800-804-3353 for assistance. It may help to send us any documentation you have by email (customersupport@cedarsbiz.com) or mail (5230 Las Virgenes Road, Suite 210, Calabasas, CA 91302).
